About the Author

Ralph  Warner is widely recognized as a pioneer of the do-it-yourself law movement, Warner founded Nolo with Ed Sherman in 1972. Worth the money. Highly reccomend.

After looking at web sites like legalzoom and others and their poor reviews and trying to download a "free" (except for the spyware) sample limited liability partnership agreement i found this on Amazon. It's just what I was looking for. Lots of info to consider before venturing into a partnership. and you can go to the publishers web site and download their partnership agreement and edit it in to your own needs. If you need more than this book then you need an attorney anyway.
And best of all when I wake up at 4 am worrying about forming the partnership, reading this book puts me back to sleep after about 20 minutes.

Good References! Where is the CD containing the forms?

Content is fine. This book has a lot of very useful information. Although, in my opinion, it is NO substitute for an attorney and/or CPA, the book helps to have meaningful conversations with these professionals.
NOLO.COM states that this book (ISBN 9781413313925) includes forms on a CD ROM. Where is the CD? The copy that I received from Amazon did not have a CD! That is why the rating is 3 stars, otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.

A great audio CD

The narrator keeps my 4 year old Son glued to the story. He has few editions of the book but I wanted him to listen to the original Kipling story and did not want to spend hours and hours of reading it by myself. He hardly gets screen time(about twice a month for 30min sessions) therefore listening to stories is the most fun thing in the world for him. He listens to this CD every single day. I have to say that it does not contain any animal sounds or different voices for different characters. Then again, when I read a book for him it is going to be only my voice and my son is quite content with that.

Great addition to the book

I bought these for my daughter and she says they are well done, includes plenty of challenging practice problems and it makes it easy to study anywhere. I would say these are only to be used to supplement the book and work great for reviewing ideas and terms.
